Buyers of any painting(s) from Erikan Art, LLC, have only the right to resell the painting in the format it was originally sold. Buyers are not allowed and prohibited from any unauthorized use of Erikan Art, LLC works (including copies, derivative works or unlicensed merchandise) or any unauthorized use of Emmanuel Ekong Ekefrey, Erikan Ekefrey and Edo Ekefrey name of likeness to imply association, affiliation or endorsement. Buyers do not have the right to sell prints, postcards, paraphernalia or reproductions of the painting(s). Buyers must request permission from Erikan Art, LLC and agree to the terms and conditions specified in the contractual AGREEMENT FOR REPRODUCTION RIGHTS to have 100% ownership of any painting(s). Digital products are intangible items delivered electronically, such as music, software and eBooks. Essentially, anything that can be downloaded and used digitally can be considered a digital product. Digital products can be sold online or through brick-and-mortar retailers.

Buyers of any digital painting(s) from Erikan Art, LLC, have only the right to resell the digital painting in the format it was originally sold. Buyers are not allowed and prohibited from any unauthorized use of Erikan Art, LLC works (including copies, derivative works or unlicensed merchandise) or any unauthorized use of Emmanuel Ekong Ekefrey, Erikan Ekefrey and Edo Ekefrey name of likeness to imply association, affiliation or endorsement.
